Aim: How do we use spreadsheet to create graphs?

Date: 2/2/09

If you are doing graphs on lose leaf , now you don't have to do it on lose leaf. Now if you have a laptop you can tell your teacher to use "Microsoft Excel". In Microsoft Excel you can do circle graphs , bar graphs, line graphs, and others. First click on the Microsoft Excel then save it as anything you want. When you get there you can do anything. For Example, do your bar graph then highlight it. Click on view, then Toolbars. After clicking on toolbars press Standard, Formatting, then Chart. There they will show you your graph and you can look at it lots of different kind of ways.
Microsoft Excel helped me learn a lot of things about graphs, circle graph, and more. You can even put different colors to your graphs. I made a circle graph and a bar graph when I first used Microsoft Excel. The first day you use Microsoft Excel you can learn lots of math.
